KULGAM, MARCH 19: District Development Commissioner (DDC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan today conducted a review of the Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT) 2.0 water supply projects in the district.
During the meeting, threadbare discussions were made on the progress of various approved schemes under AMRUT 2.0, highlighting key developments and challenges.
The chair was apprised that major four works in towns of district including Kulgam, Frisal, Yaripora and Devsar have been retendered under AMRUT 2.0 owing to slow response from bidders earlier.
The DC directed the SE and the XENs to ensure timely completion of the tender process so that the work on these projects can start without any delay.
The review meeting was attended by the S.E Hydraulics Circle Anantnag/ Kulgam, CPO Zahid Sajjad, Executive Engineers of the Jal Shakti and EOs of MC Kulgam/Yaripora/Frisal and Devsar.
