FCS&CA Minister, Advisor to CM release first ever ‘Dogri, Kashmiri’ fusion song

JAMMU: Minister for FCS &CA and Transport, Satish Sharma along with Advisor to Chief Minister, Nasir Aslam Wani, today released the first ever Dogri and Kashmiri fusion song, “Sohna Jammu Kashmir,” presented by PCI Folks Music.

After releasing the song, the Minister said that it is a mesmerising blend of music, culture and unity representing rich cultural heritage of Jammu and Kashmir. He added that the soul stirring song celebrates the beauty, integrity and culture of J&K.

The Minister lauded the efforts of the artists and production team for creating this wonderful song and asked them to continue their good work.

Satish Sharma highlighted the immense talent present in J&K and asserted that government is committed to create more platforms and opportunities for the emerging artists.

Advisor to CM, said that J&K has tremendous potential and wonderful talents that certainly need to be encouraged. He also underscored government’s commitment in promoting and supporting art and artists in their cultural endeavours.

The Minister and Advisor appealed the audience to support and appreciate the local talent.

The song has been beautifully sung by singers Ashh K and Javed Jahanzaib, with Music Direction by Ashh K and video direction by Amit Mahajan, Director, PCI Folks Music & Soulmate Event.
