The court issued this summon on an application of advocate Bhagwat Prasad Pathak.

The application alleges that on November 22, 2023, during the assembly elections in Rajasthan, the Congress leader used abusive words against Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a public meeting held in Barmer. The petitioner had requested the court to ban such unparliamentary language and fix a decree of Rs 5.5 lakh and get it from Rahul. UNI
