A statement said that CIK reliably learnt that Bhat Navidul Ali a resident of Tazipora Mohammadpora Kulgam district, presently pursuing M.Sc. in Lab Science was misusing social media for radical propaganda, aimed at to instigate common people against the Government of India and also glamorizing terrorism in J&K.

The police appealed to the youth of Kashmir to refrain from involving in such illegal activities and parents have been advised to keep a close watch upon their wards so that the youth does not fall in the trap of such enticements.
