Expresses solidarity, oversees emergency relief distribution
KULGAM, NOVEMBER 05: The Chairperson, District Development Council (DDC) Kulgam, M Afzal Parray today visited Poniwah village of District Kulgam to express solidarity with families affected by a devastating fire incident, and to oversee the distribution of emergency relief.
During the visit, the Chairperson conveyed his heartfelt sympathies to the affected families and assured them of comprehensive support from the administration.
He also urged the administration to provide immediate assistance for their rehabilitation in view of the weather conditions.
Accompanying the Chairperson were DDC Member Gh Mohi-u-din and others.
