KISHTWAR, SEPTEMBER 02: General Observer, Dodda Vantaka Swamy, (49-Kishtwar & 50-Paddar Nagseni Assembly Constituency) and A. Rahul Nadh (48-Inderwal) besides Police Observer for Kishtwar, Ranjeet Kumar Misra and Expenditure Observer Sameer Kumar Jha will be available for public hearing here in the Offices established in Chenab Bhavan and Dul Hasti Bhawan, Semina Kishtwar between 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM daily.
The Observer would listen to election related matters of the stakeholders, including general public and political representatives. The stakeholders can meet the Observers for any query or complaint related to elections during the scheduled time. They can also approach the Observer on their mobile phone number.
