SOPORE:(Zaingeer), Aug 07: In a vibrant display of patriotism and community spirit, administration on Wednesday in Zaingeer hamlet of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district organized a mega Tiranga rally.

The rally, in collaboration with Zonal Education Office, Zone Dangerpora was a party of “Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign” in the lead-up to the 78th Independence Day celebrations.

The rally was flagged of by the Tehsildar Bomai, Zahid Rashid (KAS) from Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Bomai, traversed through the main market Bomai Zaingeer, and culminated back at GHSS Bomai, marking a significant celebration of India’s national identity.

Waiving the tricolour, the event saw the enthusiastic participation from officers of the tehsil administration, police and students from various schools.

Notable attendees included Vice Principal of GHSS Bomai, Ayaz Ahmad Bhat, Zonal Education Officer Zone Dangerpora, Mohammed Akbar Wani, Naib Tehsildar Bomai Farooq Ahmad Yatoo, Tehsil Food Officer Zaingair, Zaffar Ahmad and AE PHE besides, teachers and students from different schools.
