JAMMU, JULY 25: In a heartwarming gesture, Deputy Commissioner Sachin Kumar Vaishya visited the 200-bedded Government Maternity & Child Hospital Gandhi Nagar today, distributing baby-kits to parents of 60 newly born girls.
