KATHUA, JULY 06: Deputy Commissioner Kathua, Dr Rakesh Minhas on Saturday chaired a meeting of the District Implementation Committee (DLIC) to review and approve new applications under the Mumkin, Tejaswini, and Spurring Entrepreneurship Initiative (SEI) schemes under the Mission Youth program.
The meeting was held in the Conference Hall of DC Office complex where all committee members of the DLIC and applicants were also present.
After thorough scrutiny, the Committee approved 30 applications under the Mumkin scheme, 13 applications under the Tejaswini scheme, and 13 applications under the Spurring Entrepreneurship Initiative (SEI).
The DC emphasized the significance of these self-employment initiatives in promoting youth empowerment within the district. He encouraged the committee to identify and resolve any potential obstacles that could impede the effective implementation of these schemes.
AD E&CC Kathua Roopali Gandotra, Career Counselling Officer Surjeet Kumar were also present. ‎
