REASI, JUNE 19: To ensure the fair and transparent conduct of the upcoming OMR- based Written Test for the post of Supervisor in the Social Welfare Department, the District Administration Reasi, in collaboration with the Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board (JKSSB), organized a comprehensive training session for the supervisory staff today.
The training was held at the Conference Hall of the Deputy Commissioner Complex, Reasi, under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner Reasi Vishesh Mahajan. The primary aim of the session was to sensitize the Center Superintendents, Deputy Superintendents, and Invigilation staff about the critical importance of adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and examination regulations.
During the training, key aspects of the examination process were discussed in detail to ensure that the staff is well-versed in the necessary steps to maintain the integrity of the examination. The session underscored the importance of transparency and fairness throughout the examination process.
Atul Gupta, Member of JKSSB, emphasized the significance of the training, aiming to familiarize the supervisory staff with the standard procedures and protocols. He highlighted the necessity for complete transparency and fairness to uphold the credibility of the selection process.
The Deputy Commissioner stressed the need for meticulous preparation and instructed all concerned officials to ensure that all arrangements are in place well ahead of the examination date. This includes the provision of essential amenities such as drinking water, proper seating arrangements, and medical facilities at all examination centers.
2721 female candidates are expected to appear in the examination, which will be conducted across 9 centers in Reasi district on June 23, 2024.
ADC Kulbhushan Khajuria, ACR Anshumali Sharma, CEO, DIO (Info) and other officers were present.
