Biker dies after collision with vehicle in Qazigund

Qazigund, Sep 21 (KNO): A bike rider died after he collided with a vehicle near Ujroo tunnel in Qazigund area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Thursday, officials said.

An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the biker died on the spot after colliding with the vehicle.

JAMMU, Sept 21: The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) today ordered that Rajesh Kumar Gupta, an ITS officer of 1998 batch, who was recommended for Central deputation by the Department of Telecommunications, has been selected for appointment as Director in the Ministry of Home Affairs, Delhi.

He has been posted under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of five years from the date of taking over the charge.
The DoPT has asked the Department of Telecommunications to relieve him for taking up new assignment in the Ministry of Home Affairs.
