Director YSS, employees take Panch Pran Pledge

Continuing it’s activities being carried-out in connection with the forthcoming 77th Independence Day, the Department of Youth Services & Sports (YSS) J&K organized a simple but impressive function at the Directorate office Sports Complex here. Director of the Department Subash C Chhibber along with Deputy Director Central Jitendar Mishra, Joint Director Youth Services & Sports Jammu Suram Chand Sharma, Deputy Director Planing Ravi Kumar, Accounts Officer Sunil Sharma, District Youth Services and Sports Officer Jammu Sukhdev Raj Sharma, SO Establishment Shivnandan Singh Mankotiya and other senior officers and officials of the Department took Panch Pran Shapath (Pledge) under “Meri Maati, Mera Desh”.
Director YS&S presided over the function and deliberated upon the importance of this activity. “By taking the pledge of Panch Pran, we have to focus to make India a developed country, eliminate the mentality of slavery, be proud of our rich heritage, uphold unity and solidarity, fulfil duties as citizens, and respect those who protect the nation
generating awareness for eradicating corruption and increasing accountability and service delivery besides promoting digital governance and reduction of human interface in delivery of public services”. he added.
