Government Model Higher Secondary School Sawjian today conducted a comprehensive School Management and Development Committee (SMC) training.
The training aimed to equip the committee members with essential skills and knowledge to enhance the school’s overall management and development.
Under able guidance and supervision of Principal of the School, Anwar Khan, the training saw enthusiastic participation from the SMC members. The event proved to be a pivotal platform to discuss and explore various aspects of school administration and improvement.
During the training, the SMC members engaged in productive discussions on learning outcomes and their significance in shaping the students’ academic growth. Emphasis was laid on understanding the role of the SMC in fostering an environment conducive to learning and empowering students to reach their full potential.
One of the key highlights of the training was the finalization of the School Development Plan (SDP). The SMC members actively collaborated to devise a comprehensive and visionary plan that would address the school’s infrastructural and academic needs for the forthcoming academic years.
Speaking about the significance of the SMC’s role, Principal stated that the School Management and Development Committee play a vital role in the holistic development of our educational institution. It fosters a strong partnership between the school, parents, and the community, allowing us to collectively work towards creating a conducive and nurturing environment for our students’ growth, he added.
The successful conclusion of this training marks a significant step forward in Model Higher Secondary School Sawjian’s commitment to providing quality education and ensuring the overall development of its students. The school looks forward to implementing the newly formulated School Development Plan with enthusiasm and dedication.
