ADC Doda Reviews Arrangements for Youth Conclave/Lal Draman Summer Festival

The district administration Doda, under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Vishesh Mahajan, is working diligently to ensure the success of the upcoming Youth Conclave/ Lal Draman summer festival. Today, Additional Deputy Commissioner Doda, Dr Ravi Kumar Bharti, paid a visit to Lal Draman Doda to oversee the final preparations for the event scheduled for August 5 and 6.

During his visit, the Additional Deputy Commissioner met with various officers and officials from different departments to assess the arrangements for the two-day summer festival. He emphasized the need for swift action and directed all concerned departments to expedite their work without any delays. The Public Health Engineering (PHE) department was particularly directed to ensure complete arrangements for water supply and safe drinking water for the public and visitors attending the festival.

ADC Doda also oversaw the arrangements for tents and lighting, ensuring a comfortable and well-lit environment for festival-goers. Furthermore, he inspected the newly constructed link road leading to Lal Draman and urged the responsible officers to speed up the road’s completion to ensure hassle-free connectivity to the festival venue. The Power Development Department (PDD) was also directed to ensure the proper functioning of the lighting system during the festival.

The Additional Deputy Commissioner was accompanied by ACD Doda, ACP Doda, and General Manager DIC Doda during his visit. With these dedicated efforts and meticulous planning, the district administration is gearing up to make the Lal Draman summer festival a memorable and successful event for all attendees.
