Urges people to ensure proper disposal of hides and Offal
The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat today extended his warm greetings to the people of the district on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Adha, wishing them prosperity and blissful celebration of the Eid.
Dr Bilal said that we must celebrate Eid ul Adha with its true essence of compassion and kindness towards one another especially towards the needy and poor.
He said that Eid-ul-Adha reminds us of our responsibility to help poor and destitute while sharing the joy of sacrifices and gratitude with mutual brotherhood.
The DC also urged people to ensure proper disposal of hides and offal of sacrificial animals and to make judicious use of water.
