The Chief Horticulture Officer (CHO) Budgam, Dr. M Iqbal Baba today chaired a meeting to review the status of Revised Modified High Density Scheme in his Office chambers.

The Chief Horticulture Officer stressed upon all the stakeholders to work for the betterment of the Farming Community. Horticulture Development Officers were directed to ensure completion of allotted targets within a stipulated time period.

 

Private entrepreneurs were asked to complete plantation in all the identified sites by 15th of this month without any further delay.

 

Later, the Chief Horticulture Officer Budgam listened to the grievances of the Farmers who were present in the meeting. He assured all the Farmers that the Department will leave no stone unturned to resolve their grievances.

 

Among other attendees were present District Lead Bank Manager Budgam, District Level Subject Matter Specialist Budgam, all Horticulture Development Officers, representatives of the Private Entrepreneurs and the identified Farmers.
