JAMMU: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national general secretary Tarun Chugh on Saturday accused Congress MP Rahul Gandhi of “spreading a divisive agenda in Jammu and Kashmir” by trying to speak the “language of ISI”.  BJP’s national general secretary even alleged that the Gandhi-scion was upset with the developmental works carried out by the Modi government. “It is time Rahul Gandhi realises that J&K has moved from terrorism to tourism. People want to live a new life,” said Chugh.  Attacking the family of Muftis and Abdullahs – who ruled as chief ministers – Chug said, “All of them made J&K a capital of terrorism”, further adding, “BJP has given a new vision to the people”.  He said Rahul Gandhi must understand that people in J&K gave their mandate in favour of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s developmental agenda.  The former Congress president, who is leading Bharat Jodo Yatra, is currently in Jammu and Kashmir.  The Bharat Jodo Yatra kickstarted on September 7 last year from Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu.  The yatra will culminate on January 30 in Jammu and Kashmir.
