10 SEP 2022, Baramulla. A musical evening “Ek Surmayi Shaam Jawano ke Naam” was organised by Parikh Foundation, a Mumbai based musical & entertainment group at Zorawar Hall, Hyderbeigh, Pattan on 10 Sep 22.

The group has been performing concerts for the Army over the years. The performance of 30 artists led by Mrs Heena Mehta enthralled the audience with the live music and singing. The musical performance by Mrs Heena and team were applauded by the military audience.

Speaking on the occasion, Maj Gen Mathur (Retd) said that conducting such events give them immense pleasure and emphasised that they would love to conduct more such events for Armed Forces, especially those deployed in UT of J&K. Apart from Mrs Heena Mehta, Mr Chintan Rana, Mr Prashant Rao and Mr Viren Bilicia performed on the music composed by Shri Sanjay Marathe.

The musicians also presented sweets to the soldiers of Pattan Garrison as a gesture to acknowledge the efforts of the Indian Army in bringing peace and normalcy in the region.
