Srinagar, Aug 26: In a major setback to Congress in J & Kashmir, four of its former legislators resigned from the party.
In a joint resignation letter, GM Saroori, Choudhary Muhammad Akram, Muhammad Amin Bhat, Gulzar Ahmad and Abdur Rashid Dar have resigned from the party in support of Ghulam Nabi Azad.
Interestingly, Rashid had already resigned from the party.
