A 2-year old kid died after falling down from a parked tractor in the premises of his house in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
Local sources told news agency Kashmir News Trust that a kid identified as Shahid Amin Sofi climbed on the tractor, parked in the premises of his house at Arampora village falling in the jurisdiction of police station Drugmulla.
The kid had a fall from the tractor and sustained grievous injuries. He was shifted to Sub-District Hospital Kupwara where doctors declared him dead on arrival.
The tractor belongs to the victim’s father Muhammad Amin Sofi.
Police in this regard have registered a case under relevant sections of law. (KNT)
