BANDIPORA, MAY 10: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) #Bandipora, Dr. Owais Ahmed today convened a meeting of concerned officers to review arrangements for Shri #Amarnath Ji Yatra-2022.
At the outset, Dr. Owais took a detailed review of progress of works undertaken by various departments including Health, R&B, Jal Shakti and other concerned departments.
He stressed upon the concerned that all arrangements as planned must be implemented properly to ensure smooth conduct of the yatra.
The DC asked the concerned that all infrastructures meant for SANJY-2022 must be made functional before commencement of Yatra.
Dr.Owais said installation of stalls enroute to yatra and inside transit camp must be erected after proper security checkup and necessary permissions from security agencies
The DC directed all the officers to keep manpower active and maintain the highest level of alertness.
The meeting was attended by Senior Superintendent of Police, M Zahid; Additional District Development Commissioner Bandipora, Ali Afsar Khan, Programme Officer ICDS Bandipora, Mohd Ashraf Hakak; Assistant Commissioner Revenue Bandipora, Assistant Commissioner Panchayat, SDM Sumbal and other concerned officers.
