Dr Nusrat Dilawar,who is presently working as assistant professor in professional College of physical education Bhaggo Majra kharar punjab
R/O of Jammu and Kashmir,malla bagh Srinagar completed her post graduation in physical education, Panjab University Chandigarh,and was awarded the highest degree,doctorate degree (PHD) doctor of philosophy 6/5/2020 in sport’s psychology.
Dr NUSRAT has represented Kashmir at various national and international level in singing, baseball,debates etc. She has won silver medal in sheru classic bodybuilding competition. Overall winner Miss North India body building competition 2020. She will be competing in amateur Olympia 2021. She has represented Punjab University Chandigarh at international level and represented research papers. She is a sponsored athlete of steadfastnutrition as well. She is being presently coached by Dr Guradeshmaan sir who has been training various elite level athletes at international level and won an Olympia gold in men’s physique 2020.
