Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today visited the Srinagar residence of Chairperson Jammu and Kashmir Waqf Board Dr. Darakshan Andrabi to extend his Eid greetings.

Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today visited the Srinagar residence of Chairperson Jammu and Kashmir Waqf Board Dr. Darakshan Andrabi to extend his Eid greetings.
Insiders told that the visit was far off from being an official one and Lt. Governor Manoj Sinha visited Chairperson J&K Waqf board Dr. Darakshan Andrabi’s residence to extend Eid wishes and greetings.

Notably, after being appointed as chairperson of J&K Waqf Board J&K administration granted Dr. Darakshan Andrabi status equivalent to Minister of State (MoS) after which J&K government directed the Hospitality & Protocol Department to make necessary insertion in the J&K Warrant of Precedence with the approval of Competent Authority.
