To commemorate “150th year of J&K Police- in the service of nation” as a part of “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav” a programme was organized by Commandant General of Homeguards, Civil Defence and SDRF J&K (Sh. H. K. Lohia, IPS) and all officers of HG, CD and SDRF J&K today on 31-03-2022 in the premises of SDRF 2nd Bn, Jammu in which Sh. Dilbagh Singh-IPS, Director General of Police J&K, Sh. Shaleen Kabra, IAS, Financial Commissioner, Revenue J&K, Sh. R. R. Swain, IPS, Spl. DG CID J&K, Sh. A. K. Choudhary, IPS, Spl. DG Crime, J&K, Sh. S. J. M. Gillani, IPS, ADG Armed, J&K, Sh. S. D. Singh, IPS, ADG Security, J&K, Sh. T. Namgyal, IPS, ADG Traffic, J&K Sh. Mukesh Singh, IPS, ADG Jammu Zone, Sh. M .K. Sinha, ADG Hqrs, J&K, Sh. Danesh Rana, IPS, ADG Co-ordination, PHQ J&K, Sh. Alok Kumar-IPS IG CIV, PHQ J&K, Sh. S. Anand Jain-IPS Director ACB J&K, Sh. Shirdhar Patil-IPS AIG (Tech), Director Telecommunication J&K, took part.
Sh. Manoj Kumar Dhar, Vice Chancellor Jammu University, Senior Officers of civil administration and sister organizations, also graced, in large numbers.
It was resolved that HG,CD and SDRF will continued to be provided all round support by all stakeholders so that synergy and vibrancy is taken to higher notch.
DGP J&K praised the good work being done by the organization in managing challenges on daily basis as well as equipping, training and spreading awareness in the UT of J&K.
