JAMMU, MARCH 28: A 5 Day Training Programme for Senior Medical Officers of Health Department Jammu, who are to be promoted as Administrators/DDOs, commenced today here at J&K Institute of Management and Public Administration Jammu.
During this training, the Medical Officers shall be apprised with their responsibilities and powers as DDOs.
Orientation regarding the basic concept of Administrative, Planning and Financial management would be imparted to the Medical officer during the 5 day course. E-mode working like e- procurement, e-tendering, GEM etc will be the part of the training programme. The trainers shall also inculcate quality decision making competencies among the participants. The overall purpose of this training is to enhance knowledge and skill of the trainees for their better performance as Administrators.
