Nutrition plays an important role. It is necessary to intake the right amount of nutrition including proteins, vitamins, and salts in daily diet. This year’s theme for National Nutrition Month is ‘Feeding Smart Right from Start’.
A playlet was organised at Boys Higher Secondary School, Karihama in which 15 students participated.
The playlet depicted importance of nutrition and balanced diet in day to day life.
After the Skit, Gushi Army camp organised a Lecture on Nutrition for students of Boys Higher Secondary School Karihama with an aim to impart knowledge on benefits of a good nutritional diet.
