The NSS volunteers and NCC cadets of Government Degree College Surankote organised a pledge ceremony in the college premises to celebrate SADBHAVANA DAY. The pledge was administered by the NCC officer of the college Dr Pervaiz Hussain under the overall supervision of Dr Jasbir Singh, worthy Principal of the college. The aim of celebrating this important event was to motivate the young learners of the college to work for the emotional oneness and harmony of all the people of India regardless of caste, region, religion or language and also to develop a sense of responsibility to resolve all the differences through dialogue and constitutional means without resorting to violence. Dr Syed Wajahat Hussain delivered a comprehensive talk on the occasion and thanked all the participants.
