Responding to an SOS call by villagers from Arambagh village, with complaints of breathing problems, due to burning of garbage, a quick Medical camp was organized by 118 BN,(Srinagar Sector, CRPF). Team of doctors of 118 Bn rushed to the spot and attended to the needy patients. Later, a team of Doctors from Civil hospital also joined in. A quick medical assistance in response to an SOS call, turned out to be a full fledged medical camp drew very good response from locals even amid rains. The initiative was received well and lauded by the locals. On the occasion, Dr Nargis , Dr. Iffat, Medical Officers, CHC Kheer Bhawani and Dr Rohit , Dr Manoj of 118 Bn, provided consultation and medicines to around 50 needy patients at Village Arambagh, Dist. Ganderbal. The event was attended Dr Satyaveer Verma, Commandant, 118 BN CRPF and officials of the Ganderbal block.
