Doda, July 09:
The Deputy Commissioner Doda (DC), Vikas Sharma today called all the key officials of JPDCL and Project Wing including Officials of Shalaka Infra Tech Pvt Ltd here today in the DC office and reviewed the progress in view of the directions issued in the last review meeting.

With regard to the inspection to be done in 40 habitations where the work have been completed, the DC directed to get these charged and inspected with in a week, besides asked to submit the exact locations of the three sites where augmentation of transformers has already been done.

Regarding procurement of pending 50 transformers, the DC has been informed that stage inspection has been done and shall be available by 25th of July, in this regard the DC directed to expedite the transportation of these transformers and shall reached to the stores within weeks time.

Moreover the DC has been informed that stringing is ongoing at 42 locations, pole erection is being done on 36 sites besides head loading of material is ongoing at 32 sites, for which the DC directed that these works must be completed within a month, besides DC directed the concerned AEE to inspect all the above-mentioned sites and submit the report regarding latest position.

Further the DC directed to constitute a team comprising of ACR, Ex En Project Wing and Representative of Shalaka Infra Tech to discuss the bottlenecks and to resolve them accordingly in coordination with respective Tehsildars for timely completion.

The DC directed all the concerned to expedite the progress and assured that every possible support shall be provided by the District Administration in completing all these public important projects.

The meeting was attended by SE JPDCL, SE Project Wing, CPO Doda, All Ex Ens and AEEs, besides officers/officials of Shalaka Infra Tech were also present.
