The meeting was attended by Jonit Commissioner Adm, Executive Engineer Jal Shakti Department , AEE’s JE’s and other officers of the Corporation.
At the outset of meeting, Commissioner stressed the need for improvement of existing city water supply scheme for providing standard water quality and directed officials to ensure proper distribution of qualitative and safe drinking water to the citizens of Srinagar.
It was also directed to the PHE officials to ensure that no greviance is left pending regarding water supply issues in Srinagar city.
Mr Athar on the occassion has sought monthly status related to water supply issues and has directed the concerned to monitor and dispose off the the conplaints/greviances on daily basis.
