*CONDUCT OF 7TH INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY ON  21 JUN 2021

1. Recognising the importance and universal significance of Yoga and to commemorate the 7th International Yoga Day, Ganderbal Rastriya Rifles Battalion conducted Yoga session on 21 Jun 2021. In view of the COVID pandemic, all precautionary measures are also followed during the entire event. The session was supervised by Yoga instructors in which different Yoga Asanas were practiced.

2. A good health requires the free flow of “Prana’ (Life Force) in the ‘Nadis’ (Channel) and proper balance of all ‘Chakras’ (Energy Centres). Regular prac of ‘Asanas’ (Yoga poses) helps to balance, regain and cleanse the Chakras as well as Nadis to keep ourself physically fit and mentally robust.

3. All troops enthusiastically participated in the session. Conducting such an events leads to a better mental, physical and intellectual health, with a healthy heart, relaxed soul and the overall development of body along with building up of trust and a strong bond between each other.
