Principal Secretary, while appreciating the establishment of this only 10 meter shooting range in Kashmir, said that sport is like a meditation which demands mental stability and physical discipline. If you really want to hone this skill as a professional, you need to get into a well-facilitated shooting range available in your city, he asserted.
