Immunity booster medicines distributed among 6310 beneficiaries at Shopian

SHOPIAN, MAY 28: Under the supervision of Nodal officer Ayush Shopian, Dr Ishrat Ahmed, Ayush immunity boosting drugs/awareness camps were organised at various places of the district to distribute immunity booster medicines and health tonics/ supplements among the general masses.

On the occasion, Dr Ishrat said that 6310 patients from block Keller, Shopian and Zainapora of the district have received immunity booster drugs with effect from April 17 to May 27 this year in view of the Covid-19 pandemic.

He said that the beneficiaries of the concerned areas were also stressed to inform people from other areas to come forward for testing rather than pressing the panic button.

The Ayush experts advised the people to use face masks while venturing out of their homes if and when necessary and also use hand sanitizers or wash hands with soap frequently.

They were asked to cooperate with the district administration and were also assured that the district administration is always on forefront to provide better health care facilities to the people of the district.
