ISM to distribute 6500 immune boosting kits among Covid-19 patients at Kulgam

KULGAM, MAY 19: In view of the  outbreak of the 2nd wave of Covid-19 infection, the Department of ISM (AYUSH) Kulgam today kick started distribution of immune boosting medicine kits  among Covid-19 positive patients.

This drive was today kick started by Additional Deputy Commissioner Kulgam, Showkat Ahmad Rather.

Speaking on the occasion the ADC said that these medicines would strengthen the immune system of the people and will help to combat Covid-19 infection.

He added that  27 doctors  and 30  Paramedics of ISM unit Kulgam are working round-the-clock as frontline workers in many areas.

On the occasion, Nodal officer AYUSH Kulgam Dr.Abdul Rehman said that the department is continuously distributing Immune boosters among the frontline workers and today we kick started another distribution drive under which more than 6500 AYUSH medicine kits will be distributed among COVID-19 positive patients.
