Bandipora police along with Mining & Geology department, continueing its drive against Illegal Mining ,seized 03 Tippers in SK Bala Ajas, FIR registered.

Bandipora 19 May :- Bandipora police and civil administration continueing their efforts against illegal mining seized 03 vehicles in in SK Bala Ajas Sumbal for illegal extraction/ transportation of stones.

Bandipora police recieved a specific information that some persons are illegally extracting stones at SK Bala Ajas,thus violating the orders of government.Acting on this information police team of Police Post Ajas led by DO PP Ajas INSP. Qaiser Bashir under the supervision of SDPO Sumbal Shri Surinder Mohan-JKPS along with teams of Mining and Geology Department seized 03 tippers.The said vehicles were being used in transportation of minerals illegally extracted.In this connection Case FIR under IPC and MMRD Act was registered against the violators and further investigation has been taken up.
