Ensuring a deep connect with the people and spreading awareness on the deadly COVID Virus to the far flung rural areas of Lolab, a COVID AWARENESS DRIVE was carried out in Villages like Krusan, Saiwan, Maidanpura, Dherian, Maidan and Shrant of Lolab. The Patrol and teams of Indian Army personal made announcement on precautions to be taken during these days in Urdu and Hindi. The patrol also intereacted with locals, Sarpanches, members and insisted them to urge villagers to follow COVID protocol and guidelines. COVID assistance kit was also distributed to the poor and needy in Wavoora and Gagal area of Lolab.The drive will continue in various forms and means to make people aware of the deadly Virus and ensure COVID free Kashmir.
