ADM Kupwara asks for adherence of Corona curfew  Rs.17100 realised from curfew violators

KUPWARA, MAY 03: Additional District Magistrate (ADM) Kupwara, Nazir Ahmad Lone today inspected the main Town Kupwara and took stock of the Corona Curfew imposed in the district.

The ADM inspected various Naka sites in Kupwara town and observed the working of the officials on duty. He himself penalised various curfew violators at the entry point of bus stand in the town. Municipality and other concerned departments were also on the ground and penalized the violators.

A total amount of Rs.17100 was realised as fine from various violators of curfew order.

While talking to media persons, the ADM gave a message for the general public to avoid unnecessary venturing out of their homes and ensure strict adherence of Covid appropriate behaviour and corona curfew.

The ADM was accompanied by Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Bashir Ahmad Bhat and other concerned officers during the visit.
