In persuance for the betterment of society in Sopore, Sopore Rashtriya Rifles organised an interactive session with the Moulvis of Sopore town. The aim of the interaction was to motivate them, to come forward for the betterment of the society.
During the interaction, discussions were held on how Masjid in sopore can take out local youth from the vicious cycle of Drug addiction and other hineous crimes.
A total of 42 Moulvis from different folds of Sopore joined the gathering. They were also requested to provide assistance to the misguided youth of Sopore through counselling, interacting with their parents and motivating them during daily prayers. Moulvis came up with the bright idea of having special sessions post friday prayers through Masjid, in which they will guide youth toward employment and development.
At the end, they were appreciative of the Army outreach to the Maulvis and they were given assurance for complete assistance in achieving the goal of peace and better society in Sopore town.
