DODA, JANUARY 25: Deputy Commissioner, Dr Sagar D Doifode today visited the Sports Stadium Doda the venue for Republic Day function and reviewed the arrangements for the smooth celebration of the upcoming National Day.
During the spot visit, Additional District Development Commissioner, Surat Singh; ASP Doda Master Popsy; Assistant Commissioner Development, Prem Singh Chib; Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Kaiser Ahmed Bhawani; Chief Education Officer, Tariq Hussain; Tehsildar, Shabir Ahmed Malik; DYSSO Jaffar Haider Sheikh, Dy SP DAR, Headquarters, Traffic and Ex En of PWD,PDD departments and other concerned officers/officials were also present.
The DC asked the concerned officers to work in close coordination and ensure that all the required arrangements are made well in advance. The DC inquired about the barricading, beautification of the stage, Seating Arrangements as per protocol, preparedness of Tableaus, besides other major matters.
The DC took a round of Sports Stadium and had detailed discussions about the arrangements made at the venue. He laid emphasis upon maintaining proper sanitation, cleanliness and security arrangements as well. He directed the concerned to ensure all arrangements are in place well before the commencement of the final program
