Anantnag Janauary 05 : The president of intizaamia committee ziarat sharief aishmuqam Mohd Yaqoob Gadiyal has appealed the District administration and all other relevant departments to clear the roads ,link roads and pathways of Aishmuqam town and adjacent villages,Gujjar patis as the heavy snowfall has halted the daily routines.
He also said that, the area is without electricity and other basic aminities ,the ziyarat road and steps leading to the said ziyarat are also yet to be cleared from snow.
The committee has also requested the DDC Anantnag,SDM and SDPO Pahalgam to make arrangements for facilitating the patients of the area who need urgent medical attention,he added.
Gadiyal also appreciated the District ,Tehsil administration and police authorities for providing the helpline numbers in the present situation of snow storm and has expected their full support and help in mitigation of the problems rising from such snow Tsunami.
