DC Ganderbal discusses Modalities for recruitment under NHM in district

GANDERBAL, DECEMBER 29: The Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Shafqat Iqbal, who is also the Chairman of District Health authority, today chaired a meeting with the concerned to discuss the modalities regarding recruitment of staff under National Health Mission (NHM) in the district.

Threadbare discussion was held upon the various eligibility aspects of recruitment rules like requisite qualification, age, Domicile, category reservation, etc.

Earlier, CMO Ganderbal informed the meeting that various posts are to be filled under NHM under different categories including General Nurses, Pharmacists, Councilors, Sister tutor, Lab Assistant etc. for which various candidates of the district have applied.

After holding thorough discussion upon the selection procedure, the DC stressed for ensuring the selection process as per the laid down guidelines so that selection process is completed in free, fair and transparent manner.

Meanwhile, DC Shafqat Iqbal impressed on CMO that the interview date should be given wide publicity through all means of media to ensure that no eligible applicants miss interview.

Among other, CPO Ganderbal, CMO Ganderbal, Xen REW Ganderbal, EO Municipality, Xen Jalshakti Ganderbal, District Social Welfare Officer, District Panchayat Officer, Medical Superintendent DH, BMOs, BDC chairperson Ganderbal, programme Manager HOPE Wayil Ganderbal were present in the meeting.
