The Indian Institute of Skiing and Mountaineering (IISM) successfully trained 166 students in water skiing courses for the year 2024-25.
Indian Institute of Skiing & Mountaineering (IISM) is excited to announce the successful training of 166 students in its planned 6 Water Skiing courses for the year 2024-25. Despite the sanctioned total of 150 seats (25 seats in each course), the high demand for the courses resulted in the training of 166 enthusiastic students from all over India.

These courses were conducted simultaneously on Dal and Nigeen lakes , Srinagar from 11th July to 9th August 2024, which reflects the commitment and passion of all the participants. At the graduation ceremony of the last two courses conducted from 31st July to 9th August 2024, which concluded on 9th August, Col IS Thapa, SM, VSM & MID, Principal, Indian Institute of Skiing & Mountaineering, Gulmarg presented certificates to the students in recognition of their dedication and achievement. The last two courses had 43 students in the Basic Course, 7 in the Intermediate Course and 2 in the Advanced Course.

IISM values ​​the interest and enthusiasm shown by the students and is committed to providing quality training in adventure sports.
