Feb,14: To create awareness among masses regarding the Road Safety a day long blood donation camp was held where in more than 22 Pints of blood were collected.
The chief guest on the occasion was SP Sopore Divya-D (IPS) and MVD officials from Sopore. Also present was ARTO Baramulla, Muazzam Ali (JKAS) ,Dysp DAR Dr Hilal Ahmad Hilal,177 Crpf inspector Kulwinder singh,,and other concerned officers.
On the occasion SP Sopore Divya-Dev (IPS) said that JK Police cops, CRPF,Sopore Media Persons, and drivers from various vicinities were present and they gave blood and gave a clear message that Road safety is of paramount importance.
She added that these camps are very important as it carries a message so that traffic rules and regulations can be maintained in the long run. We hope such more camps will take place in coming days for the betterment of society
