PDD and PHE departments have been ordered to provide uninterrupted power and water supply to the residents and hotels of the area. Hoteliers and other tourism related service providers like taxi drivers, tourist guides, and others have been urged to put in place all the required infrastructure and allied things and give elite hospitality services to the visitors promoting ‘Atithi Devo Bhava’ (the guest is equivalent to God).

It is worth mentioning here that the Bhaderwah and its adjoining tourist destinations receive heavy snowfall during the winter, attracting adventure and other tourists from across the country.

Administration, last year, had ensured all the roads open and all the amenities in place for the convenience of the visitors. It is further important to place here that last year, a mega Askini Bhaderkashi Utsav was celebrated, which was witnessed and highly appreciated by thousands of local and outside tourists.

This year also a weeklong festival has been planned by the administration in the last week of December.
