The Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha, said on Monday that J&K is today at the forefront of development and transformation in the country.

Addressing a gathering in the southern region of Kashmir, LG said that with collective efforts to synergize the strengths of different sectors, improve standards of living, and seize the vast opportunities in the industrial sector,

On the occasion, the LG said that our prime goal is rapid economic growth integrated with speedier social development.

On this occasion, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha laid the foundation stone and dedicated to the people various development projects worth around Rs 290 crore.

He said a slew of projects dedicated today in the health, education, water supply, and urban development sectors will empower all sections of society.

The LG said that our focus on health and education will prepare the people for future challenges and revitalize the district’s growth story. (KS)
