Vikar was never a stable leader, always been a frustrated fellow, often used to rattle for having no future in the congress party. It was vikar who was always shouting to make a separate political party in J&K but after Aazad left Congress and formed his own party Democratic progressive Azad Party, vikar who was loyal to Azad back stabbed him and being an opportunist saw is own benefit and grasped the position of PCC president J&K. Vikar, afraid of losing his popularity, is levying false allegations against Azad of his association with BJP and RSS. Vikar should remember that Ghulam nabi Azad is the most secular leader of India, who has been awarded Padam Bhushan for his distinguished service of high order and his selfless work and efforts for people of J&K which every one is aware of. Azad is one of the best leaders in the country, whereas vikar should first peek in his hem before targeting Azad.
