Wa District Legal Services Authority, Udhampur under the guidance of Chairman District Legal Services Authority Udhampur (Pr. Distt. & Sessions Judge), Haq Nawaz Zargar and overall Supervision of Secretary District Legal Services Authority Udhampur, Ajay Kumar, DLSA Udhampur today organised a programme on Mental Health to Meditation namely “Har Ghar Dhyan” in collaboration with “The Art of Living” at Conference Hall District Court Complex Udhampur.
Judicial Officers, Members of the Bar Association Udhampur, staff of DLSA Udhampur, Panel Lawyers, LADCs and PLVs have attended the said programme.
During the programme, Instructor Sushil Sharma (The Art of Living) educated the gathering about the importance of mental health and various methods to improve it.
