District Legal Services Authority, Udhampur, under the guidance of Chairman District Legal Services Authority Udhampur Haq Nawaz Zargar and under overall Supervision of Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Udhampur Ajay Kumar, on Tuesday observed World Population Day.
The Para Legal Volunteers of DLSA Udhampur organized Awareness Programme on World Population Day in different areas of district Udhampur.
The theme for this year’s World Population Day is “Unleashing the Power of Gender Equality”. The aim of the awareness programme was to raise awareness among the masses about the problem of over population and its ill effects on the society and the nation. Similar Programmes were also organized at TLSC Ramnagar, Chenani & Majalta.
