Speaking on the occasion, District Nodal Officer, EPFO Bipin Kumar (Enforcement Officer), said that the idea behind holding of Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0 outreach camp was to create a mechanism where EPFO can reach out to the stakeholders with its field office in every district where stakeholders can come for grievance redressal thereby increasing accessibility and visibility of the organization.

The Enforcement Officer, while throwing light on the functioning of the EPFO, said the idea was to save the valuable time and money of the people who seek the intervention of the EPFO for their grievances and otherwise have to cover a lot of distance due to no presence of EPFO offices in some districts.

During the programme, a help desk was set up where members were provided the access to the online services like filing of online claims etc.

Several Grievances of the members were redressed on the spot and grievances which required intervention of higher authorities were registered on the grievance portal of EPFO which will be resolved on priority.

The Enforcement Officer while interacting with stakeholders informed that EPFO will ensure proper dissemination about the holding of such outreach programmes through all stakeholders so as to ensure maximum participation in the camps to make this programme successful and effective.

Labour Officer Raman Sharma, Dy GM CTM, P.K Tyagi, CEO, DHO, President Private School Association Satpal Mansotra and other Industrialists were also present on the occasion.
