Youth died in flyover accident in J&K’s Samba

Samba, Apr 1,: A youth was killed after his car collided from the hind side of a truck on the Samba flyover in Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday.

The private car (JK02BU-7961) was completely damaged in the accident.

A police official told news agency that a speeding car on its way to Jammu from Kathua collided with a truck (PB02BN-9945 from the backside when the driver tried to overtake it on the Samba flyover.

The driver-a young man was critically injured and taken to District Hospital Samba where doctors declared him brought dead.

The police official identified the victim as Avaid Mahajan Gupta son of Gulshan Gupta, a resident of Nehadi Jammu.

Police in this regard have registered a case under relevant sections of law.
